This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the relationship between Verizol Infra Private Limited ("Verizol") and its clients regarding the cancellation of Services and the issuance of Refunds.
The purpose of this policy is to establish clear guidelines to ensure fairness, transparency, and professional conduct in all financial and service-related transactions.
By engaging Verizol's services, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms outlined below.
Definitions
Service
Any data, analytics, consulting, or technology solution provided by Verizol.
Client
The individual or entity entering into an agreement with Verizol.
Applicability
This policy applies to all standard service contracts, subscriptions, and one-time project engagements unless explicitly superseded by a specific written agreement signed by both parties.
Refund Eligibility
Non-Refundable Items
Setup fees, onboarding costs, and data already delivered or processed are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refundable Conditions
Refunds may be considered if Verizol fails to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal technical failures or gross negligence.

Cancellation Policy
User-Initiated: Clients may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via their dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Verizol-Initiated: We reserve the right to cancel services immediately in cases of breach of contract, non-payment, or illegal use of our data.
Refund Process
1. Procedure
Submit a formal request to support@verizol.in with your transaction details and reason for refund.
2. Acknowledgement
Our team will acknowledge the receipt within 48 business hours.
3. Resolution
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment mode within 7–10 working days.
Limitations and Exceptions
Delivered Data: No refunds are issued for data that has already been accessed, downloaded or delivered.
Third Parties: Verizol is not responsible for charges or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
Force Majeure: Delays caused by natural disasters or global infrastructure outages are exempt from refund claims.
User Actions: Mistakes made by the user in data selection or configuration are non-refundable.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this policy shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties.
If unresolved after 30 days, the matter shall be escalated to formal mediation or arbitration under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, India courts.
